Hiring a vocalist to record a song you wrote?

This is a 2-page template vocalist agreement, written for situations where an artist is paying a vocalist a flat fee in exchange for all rights to the recording he or she creates. In this case, the vocalist is not being paid a royalty nor maintaining any ownership of the underlying composition.
