Remix Agreements

Someone wants to remix your track, or you are the remixer being hired. Either way a handshake leaves both of you exposed on the two questions that matter: who owns the remix, and what the remixer gets paid.

Two structures. Flat fee buyout transfers the rights for a single payment. Advance plus royalty gives the remixer a stake in what the remix earns. Both cover credit, approved usage and delivery.
