This is our typical template producer agreement intended for situations where a company (whether a label or an artist's business entity) is paying a producer a recoupable advance and royalty, and the producer will maintain ownership of his or her share of the publishing. This is for a situation where the producer is furnishing his or her services through a "furnishing company," so pay attention to the "inducement section" on page 5.
