Side Artist Agreement (Royalty + Publishing)

This is a 5-page template side artist agreement intended for situations where you, acting as the label, are releasing multiple songs from a single artist, but 1 of the songs has another artist featured on it.

This agreement works in tandem with the template recording agreement, it provides the side artist with a 25% royalty (half of the artist royalty in the recording agreement), and the side artist will maintain ownership of his or her share of the publishing.
