Producer Agreement (No Advance, 50/50 Split)

This is a 4-page template producer agreement, intended for situations where the producer is not being paid a fee or advance. In exchange for giving the artist ownership of the master as a "work for hire," the artist agrees to pay the producer 50% of the profits generated from the song, and the artist and producer will split ownership of the publishing 50/50.
