Artist Management Agreement

This is my typical 5-page artist management agreement. You may want to adjust the deal points, but it provides for the manager to receive a 20% commission during a 2-year management term, then the agreement will automatically renew for additional 1-year periods until either party terminates. This version also provides for a 3-year "sunset clause."
