This is a 4-page template producer agreement in .doc and pdf form, intended for situations where the producer is being paid a fee in exchange for a buyout of all of the producer's rights on the master side. This agreement does not include a producer royalty on the master side, but it provides that the producer will maintain his or her relative share of the underlying composition (publishing)
