Non-Exclusive Sample License (Master)

This is a 4-page agreement in connection with clearing the master side to a sample, to use in a new song. It's written from the perspective of the party trying to clear the sample, and it provides that the sample owner(s) will be paid an advance, recoupable against a royalty.

The SoundExchange Letter of Direction is included.
